Is it bad to sleep in your makeup?

It’s been a long day and you decide to just go to bed – without washing off your makeup from the day.  If this only happens once in a while, well, we’ve been there too and you’re probably okay.  However, if this becomes a habit you should really rethink your bedtime routine. makeupsleep
